A friend of mine suggested I write a FAQ page, and I agree. I feel its only fair to you I post a few important facts about this blog. 

Follow/ Follow back:

I’m afraid I don’t always follow back. I’m really sorry. I’m fairly picky when it comes to choosing blogs to follow. I try to keep the number of blogs I follow small. 

To the blogs I do not follow, I do appreciate your following though and I do make it a point to check my followers blogs (even those I don’t follow) on a regular basis. However, that being said, I’m a lot more likely to follow your blog if you’re talking to me. 

I also have a personal something against internet memes and tacky gifs, it’s one of my pet peeves. The occasional meme is fine, I might even like it, but I’d be unlikely to follow you if you post a lot of “Y U NO” nonsense. 

Blogs I do not follow

• Commercial blogs (bands, companies, advertisers)
• People I know IRL - Not unless you’re really close to me. Otherwise, I’ve probably already blocked you.
• Porn blogs - I think that one speaks for itself

Finally, an about me page goes a long way when it comes to telling me who you are. Will definitely help when it comes to me deciding whether I follow you or not. 

Unfollow:

I do unfollow blogs from time to time. 

Some reasons include:

• Blog inactivity
• You unfollowing me
• Reposting(not reblogging)my edits without my permission
• Being openly discriminatory towards anyone without good reason.

Messages in my “ask box”:

Feel free to drop me a message if you’d like to ask anything or talk. I’d like to get to know you:) And I’m relatively nice too. And sarcastic. But I won’t be sarcastic unless you give me reason to be.

My Edits:

I don’t watermark my edits, but that doesn’t mean I’m giving you permission to repost them. Reblogging’s good. Reposting’s just rude. And as a trained social media professional, I will hunt your blog down and kick your ass. No, really. Okay, I won’t, but I doubt I’d be very friendly to you if you did.

Promos & Promo games

Things you’d probably never find on my blog. I do not “promo” blogs on request. I do however recommend blogs from time to time but that’s entirely up to me. 

I also almost never play question games. The usual “put a word/symbol/drawing in my ask and I will answer answer with a random fact/something related/sarcastic reply” thing just isn’t my thing to do. If you have a question, just ask me. You don’t have to use a game as an excuse:)

Anonymity

If someone stalks your blog/asks you an anon question, it’s definitely not me. I do allow anon questions, but I never ever use the option.
