ill diffidently check them out, they seemed so cool (plus the doodles were pretty amazing i mean how many bands puts such an effort into their autographs?)

They’re a pretty awesome band and such incredible people (they actually hung around to talk to us after the show and were just there for hours after chilling). If you do get the chance to see them live, you definitely should! Their stage presence is amazing - plus Claire and Jona have such amazing chemistry on and off stage! If you intend to check them out, try listening to songs like “I Walked Alone”, “Dystopia” and “Paradise Engineering” off their latest album!

I hate it when that happens. Its even worse when I spend an extended amount of time listening to just 1 artist - I spend 2 months listening to only Radiohead

I couldn’t agree more. I had the same thing with Radiohead too (it’s actually happened more than once with Radiohead, though with specific albums). Makes it a lot harder to keep up with the other bands I really want to listen to. Recently had that with Alt-j (I’d been listening almost exclusively to Alt-j for 3-4 months), and I’d have been stuck with Alt-j if I hadn’t caught onto DIIV and YACHT.

I’m finding it increasingly difficult to keep up with all the bands/musicians I love because there’s really too many of them and I’m constantly listening to new bands/musicians.

For the record, it’s been 2 months since I last really listened to The Strokes, 2 for Muse, 1 for The Horrors, and about 3 for Metric. I honestly need to dedicate a week to listening to them or something.
